How it works:
1. Registration - Before your photo day we require you to register each child to have their photos taken.  The cost to register is $35 per child.  This is then given as a "credit" to spend on packages once your gallery is ready to view.  ** For siblings each child need to be pre-registered and we will take individual as well as sibling photos.
2. We will take multiple photos of each child on the centres photo day/s to go into your gallery, giving you options to choose from.
3. For children that do not attend on the allocated days we ask that they be bought in between 9-9.30 and also note this on the registration form. 
4. For children that attend all days allocated we will send out an email a day or 2 before letting you know which day your child has been allocated, it is ideal if you can send your child with photo clothes all days incase we can get to them earlier.
5. We do ask that parents of children who attend on the allocated days to do normal drop off and their children will be photographed in turn with their class.
6. Photos are ready!  Approx 10 days after the last photo day your photos will be uploaded to a gallery and and email will be sent out - please add us to your emails "safe list" Info@inspirekindyphotos.com.au and also check spam - if you have not received your code by this time please reach out to us to resend it to you. 
7. Your account will be credited with your pre-register amount - please ensure you are signed into the account you pre-registered with.  It is now you can choose your package.
8.  Please ensure you have chosen your photos before the closing date that will be displayed on the page and also in the email you receive.  Orders received in before closing will be delivered free to the centre, orders outside this time will be subject to delivery fees.

Delivery Time: approximately within 6 weeks of the photo week your order will be delivered to the Centre/Kindergarten.

Your photo day is the 26th, 27th & 28th August 2025

Payment options include Debit/Credit Card, and Afterpay (only available once photos are in the galleries.  Min spend $100).  If you wish to pay cash please place your order as normal and at check out select the "Cash" option.  Give the money to your centre manager in an envelope with Your Name, Your Childs Name and the amount.
